Growth Potential

Next 10 days

Last 10 days

Weather

The next 10 days can expect all regions to continue to be in the Low Growth Potential zone, however, growth potential is just below the Medium Growth Potential zone for most regions meaning different requirements of nitrogen sources maybe required to support optimum growth stages of the plant.

Base Nitrogen

Next 10 days

Last 10 days

Weather

1-2 kg/N/ha Base nitrogen requirement (numbers inside the circles) is expected for regions in the UK over the next 10 days.

It's always important to match the turf requirements for nitrogen as applying too little or too much can both have detrimental effects on turf health & performance and also increase disease occurrence, especially during this time of year.

Depending on your grass species and soil type, base nitrogen requirements may be more or less than the weather estimated figures.

Application Advice

Using PrecisionPro will help you calibrate your spreader and fertiliser correctly and also ensure correct walking speed is achieved. When applying any type of granular product it's important to keep a consistent spread width, therefore reducing missed or overlapped areas for a perfectly treated surface.

Rainfall

Minimal rain is once again expected for all parts of the UK over the next 10 days. Wetting agents should be applied to help manage water consumption and moisture levels in order to maintain healthy turf.

Turf Stress

Next 10 days

Last 10 days

Weather

Low Turf Stress can be expected for the majority of the UK over the next 10 days, with only East Scotland in the Medium Turf Stress zone.

Delivering the correct macro and micronutrients during specific turf conditions is key to keeping your turf healthy and resilient to disease pressures and stress.
